The Secret that Everyone Knows!

I can never write when i want it. But my hands can write when my heart tells me.
My heart wrote this, what started as a facebook status message!

The wind blows to my ear a secret,

a secret that everyone knows.

Forgotten in the years that have passed,

but repeated in the silent night, it glows.

It glows and it is that which helps the sun glow

so bright, so gay, so yellow and a ray.

A ray of sunshine that passes into our mind,

into our soul and yet in all its glory lay.

In all its glory lay the silent soul still as him,

Still as him, the scarecrow who knows the lil secret.

Blown into the wind and as wide as water so blue,

so blue so clear transparent in thought were the words.

Words which had power, words which meant big brain,

the size of the eagle's egg, that make them call you Nerd.

And yet the sand knows it, The stone in the rain,

the dust in the air and my small blood cells.

They all know the secret, like the back of their hands,

hands that cling to every stone, that search the sand,

the sand in hope of finding, the forgotten commands.
